  3. Welcome to the Triangle Footage Collection, your premier source for high
  4. production value stock people footage. Triangle motion imagery is used 
  5. around the world - from Web video to national television commercials. 
  6. With this easy to use Browser Disc, you can quickly locate the exact film
  7. clips you need for your next project. 
  8.  
  9. This Browser Disc has been designed to play directly from the CD-ROM on both MAC 
  10. and newer PC computers- only Quicktime 3.0 or higher is required. If you do not
  11. QuickTime on your system see "QuickTime CD Installer" below. If the Browser
  12. does not play directly from the CD, see the "Install if Browser Won't Play" below.

  14. To play: open your CD-ROM drive and double click the "TRIANGLE BROWSER" icon.
  15.  
  16. Once the browser section opens: 
  17.  
  18. - Enlarge your windows for ease of viewing.
  19.  
  20. - Individual clips from all of the available Triangle Collection titles will be 
  21.   represented by keyframe thumbnails on the main window. You will need to
  22.   scroll down to view all of the titles and thumbnails.
  23.  
  24. - To play an individual movie, "double click" on the its keyframe.
  25.   When the window opens, click the play button. After viewing the clip, close 
  26.   the window and the browser keyframe window will be restored.
  27.      
  28. - To view the content of each Triangle CD-ROM Title (which contain up to 19
  29.    separate movies), double click on the appropriate Title folder in the 
  30.    category window. Only the movies associated with that CD-ROM Title will be
  31.    displayed. On a Mac system only, if you do not see the category window press
  32.    "command-K".

  34. Install if Browser Won't Play
  35.  
  36. On many older PC's and some proprietary systems, the browser software will not 
  37. play directly from the CD-ROM and needs to be installed onto your computer's
  38. hard drive.***
  39.  
  40. To install browser software:
  41.   1. Put the Triangle Browser CD in your CD-ROM drive. 
  42.   2. Double click on the folder "Install if Browser Won't Play". 
  43.   3. Double click on the icon "Install Browser". 
  44.   4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  45.   5. Choose the "Typical" install option.
  46.  
  47. After the installation is complete:
  48.   6. Open the "Footage" folder on the CD by double clicking on it. 
  49.   7. Double click on the "Browser" icon. 
  50.   8. To play any movie, double click on the thumbnail keyframe. 
  51.  
  52. You must have QuickTime(TM) 3.0 or higher installed on your computer system to play 
  53. the footage. If the movie does not play, refer to the section below on "Installing 
  54. QuickTime".

  56. To play the titles, the CD-ROM is must always be in the drive. Double click on the 
  57. "Browser" icon in the "Footage" folder to play the titles.

  59. ***If you already have a version of the browser software Cumulus Desk Top 4.0.1 or 
  60. earlier on your system, please download an updated version from www.canto.com and proceed
  61. directly to step 6.***

  63. QUICKTIME(TM) CD INSTALLER

  65. -QuickTime Installer (QuickTime 3.02 for Windows 95/Windows NT)
  66.  To install, open the QuickTime folder, double click on the file: QTIME30.EXE 
  67.  and follow the instructions.

  69. QUICKTIME 3 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  71. Windows(R) 95/Windows NT(R)

  73. * Intel or compatible processor or any MPC2-compliant PC (minimum 66-MHz486 
  74.   processor; also supports Pentium, Pentium Pro, and Pentium II with MMX 
  75.   processors)
  76. * Pentium processor recommended
  77. * At least 16MB of RAM
  78. * Windows 95, 98 or NT.

  80. All of the Triangle Footage Collection titles were shot on 35mm motion picture
  81. Film (with selected clips shot on Super8mm for effect). The footage was then 
  82. Digitally mastered.  From these masters, QuickTime(TM) PhotoJPEG movies in 640x480
  83. and 160x120 were rendered for the files found on Triangle's Royalty-Free CD-ROM 
  84. titles. These CD-ROMS are available from EYEWIRE by calling (800) 661-9410 or 
  85. visiting their website at www.eyewire.com.  In addition, single clip 
  86. downloads (in either 320x240 or 160x120) are also available from Eyewire's
  87. website.

  89. These files are royalty free for almost all uses, except television 
  90. broadcast and theatrical release. Upgrades to 720x486 D1 format for Corporate 
  91. and Broadcast use are available by calling 1.877.874.3456 or sending an e-mail
